I have too much to do and not enough time. Can I cook a turkey half way at home, then travel 2 hours and finish cooking it?

I’m cooking a surprise dinner for my Peruvian boyfriend, I know this is his favorite dish but I don’t know what to serve it with. Any suggestions or tips would be great!
