I love to cook but all my recipes are hard to make. So what are some easy cooking recipes that also taste good.

I don’t like using margarine, I like cooking with butter instead. So if a recipe calls for margarine, could you use the same amount of butter, or use more or less of it?

I just went to the farmer’s market for some produce. I bought some cooking apples, not even realizing they were cooking kind. Just thought they were another variety to eat raw. I have never used cooking apples, and I’m not even that big a fan of cooked apples. I have 8 apples. What can I make with them? I’m looking more for healthier recipes if there is anything. And also would prefer not to use the oven in the summer.
Any suggestions?

Cut them into medium sized cubes, then stir fry them with butter, cinnamon and some sugar. Makes a good snack.

I really enjoy cooking and I love finding new recipes. But it seems that when I find a recipe I really want to try, I’m missing alot of the ingredients.
What ingredients do you stock up on and make sure you always have?
Serious answers only please!
