We visit Side Hill Acres, a goat farm that sells milk, cheese, yogurt, and other products made from the milk of their friendly, happy herd. After learning from Rita about the cheese making process and the benefits of raw versus pasteurized milk, we spend some time getting to know the goats. Rita told us that their family got started raising goats when her family happened to see some young kids (baby goats) at a farm, and couldn’t resist taking one home. After spending some time with her herd, it’s easy to see why! Then in the kitchen, we make individual pizzas with goat cheese, and lots of other fun, healthy toppings. Pizza dough is so fun to make and work with, and decorating them with veggies, sauce and cheese is even better!

www.juicingwithdrew.com Drew Canole is in the house! In this week’s episode of Foodie Friday, Drew and I share the benefits of juicing your fruits and vegetables. Try this recipe out. It was mighty tasty!
Brought to you by Le Creuset Round French Oven

What is done? with the leftover fiber?
I can’t wait till Sean? becomes a raw foodist!
Hey Sean, can you? do a video on juicing vs, blending. Which is better, what are the benefits of each? Great Vid!!!!
A couple of my favorite? peeps!
LOOKS? AWESOME.
@Chunkylova53 some people? toss the left over fiber. I freeze it and add it to smoothies.
@KenMalmstrom Fruit is loaded with sugar, so yes fruit juice will definitly jack up your blood sugar.? There is very little sugar in most vegetables. I use a carrot or 2 to slightly sweeten my juice. The rest is greens that have virtual zero sugar.
@landline00 yes. Massive sugar spike=bad. Low? sugar veg juice loaded with vitamins+minerals=good.
@Tenche I try to juice about 8oz in the AM and 8oz in the PM. I make it fresh each time. Fresh juice oxidizes pretty quickly. You are right though, it probably would be ideal to drink a little bit all day, but it’s not very practical.?
anyone know? any good cheap juicers>?
saen …? is V8 any good?
but, doesn’t blending the? vegetables change the fibers in it and make it not as good anymore? like is that why people say don’t drink your calories?
Sean you need to tan your feet dude! ? lol
Jesus Christ man! What? have you done to me? I tried juicing about an hour ago and i feel more alive than i’ve felt in a long time!
What do you do with the pulp? isnt that were a lot of the? fiber and other nutrients are?
Sorry, but Sean looks? like he’s thinking, “Dayum, this tastes like crap!”
@ldblumhorst there is fiber but the point? of juicing is for even faster utilization
Crimson red? poop Haha, good video.
I’ve got the Omega Juicer off Dr Mercola’s website and while it’s expensive at 250 I love it because? it comes apart and cleans up in like 20 seconds which is huge for me to keep doing it. The pulp goes into a cup and you just toss it in the trash or composter.
I really like your vids.? I love your info. I have been researching a lot on juices and raw because of you. But, and it is on your face too, when he starts comparing the vegetables to body parts. That’s more than a little crazy. I am all about passion do not get me wrong. Border line crazy. Cannot wait to see what you teach me in 2012. All the best.
I just started juicing and this was the most informative? juice video I found yet! Thanks guys!
It makes me trip out that plants look like the body parts that they? benefit.
I thought you were supposed the juice? within a minute or else it oxidizes.
Breville is the only way to? go!
Sooooo excited? to see this episode!! Goat cheese is YUMMY!!!!! ~ ma
I love the footage you share with us!! it’s? wonderful to get to see people doing the things they love!!! keep goin’!
